Works in progress

The grey dress is a prototype for Ermie Fall/Winter. Of course it won't stay grey for long...I'm going to screenprint a design onto it. Probably a colorful design. (Maybe just one colorful color ;)
The top is the same pattern as the Woodland Blouse I made.
I may have to take a break from blogging for a while to get all the knitting and sewing done that I want to accomplish by the end of October.

Oh yes.
In case you were wondering: All that black tarp on the ground is weed block. We are trying to put down gravel, paving stones, and drought resistant native plants and succulents. We are calling it the Blackyard until it's finished.

i'm note sure how i found your blog, but i love checking up on your creations. that blouse is beautiful, and i can't wait to see what you're selling this fall. may have to put aside some grad school money to purchase something (don't tell the government?!)

cheers,

these are both so beautiful. i'm looking forward to seeing the constellation print!
i'm also anxious to see how the blackyard turns out. we recently discovered weed cloth (i know, duh) and haven't looked back, it's awesome. good luck!
